As a part of the League’s commitment to solving gender challenges and igniting change across the landscape of education, the League will be hosting a free LINK event at the NAFSA Region XI conference in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire. Please join us during the Grab-n-go lunch on Wednesday, November 8, at noon. Just GRAB your lunch (included with your conference registration) and GO as quickly as possible to the Washington Board Room. After introductions, we’ll share a guided conversation about how women can plan for and achieve a healthy professional-personal balance in their lives. Women and allies are invited and if you are able, you are also encouraged to view this TED talk by Shonda Rhimes in advance for inspiration. It is based on her 2015 book Year of Yes: How to Dance It Out, Stand In the Sun and Be Your Own Person.

Questions? Please feel free to contact League members and Region XI LINK coordinators Lauren Schuller (lschuller@bentley.edu) and Sora Friedman (sora.friedman@sit.edu). We hope you will join us and look forward to seeing you in Bretton Woods!
