Flashback: GLL Info Session @ CIEE in Austin

The folks who attended the CIEE conference in Austin showed up in record numbers to learn more about the Global Leadership League! The League hosted an info session right before the opening reception and we had almost 100 attendees packed into a room. We talked about the progress we want to see for women globally, within the field, at our institutions, and as individuals. Great work to everyone who attended and thank you for your contributions.

Our members come from different backgrounds, abilities, levels of experience, and parts of the world. Our goal is to embrace this diversity and encourage relationships across generations and experience levels for the benefit of all involved. 

The Global Leadership League was started by a group of women in the field of international education for the purposes of advancing women’s leadership skills, knowledge, and connections.
