In industries the world over, women leaders often operate outside of main power structures and have to find ways to navigate work relationships and pathways to reach their goals. International education is no different.

This panel of women international educators will explore how women navigate their careers in the international education industry. Responding to a series of questions, panelists will share lessons on what they have learned during their career pathways to senior leadership positions. They will share the challenges they have faced, the opportunities they have created and seized, and impart strategies they have used to succeed.

Join us for a stimulating panel discussion over lunch in Te Marae, the marae for all New Zealanders, as our panelists provide guidance and validation for women leaders in international education. Before and after the panel discussion, you will have the opportunity to connect with fellow delegates at this sit-down lunch.  Boxed lunches will be served to guests (included in conference fee); Gluten-free and Veg available; No bar service.

Note: Attendance at this lunch is not restricted to women. Indeed, men are encouraged to attend this session to learn more about the experiences of women within the international education industry, and learn approaches and strategies that can support current and future women leaders.
