Currently we are globally experiencing a shift in working practices to support staff directly or in-directly affected by COVID-19. We would love to host an online forum to hear how people are coping at this time and as a collective group see how we can share ideas and support each other. Some thoughts we have had for discussion:

• What have you found to be pros/cons of remote working or work from home
• Do you have any tips for successfully working outside of the office
• Do you like/dislike remote working
• Have you felt supported in your ability to work from home
• If you are not currently working remotely is this something your company are considering for you
• What conversations have you been able to have around remote work with your colleagues
• How are you leading on this as a manager/leader
