Darling, you got to let me know
Should I stay or should I go?
If you say that you are mine
I'll be here 'til the end of time
So you got to let me know
Should I stay or should I go?
The Clash, 1982
It’s hard to ignore the disruption of international education employment. The challenges continue to rumble through the field, with redundancies, layoffs and furloughs, and no crystal ball to tell the future.
No matter your current employment status, we hear many of you are thinking about your future career – should you stay the course in global education or explore pivoting to new opportunities? This is a complex question, with many considerations and realities to balance.
Join us to explore your own drivers, meet new colleagues, and identify small, intentional and inspired action steps to tackle a tough subject. We welcome professionals who also wish to remain anonymous during this Chat Box, and can provide additional guidance upon request to globalleaguesarah@gmail.com.
