The League ChatBox is a program offered online for small groups to engage and discuss important issues. Get answers, share ideas, learn together.

As we create a new world of work, we have the opportunity to integrate new ways of thinking, leading, and collaborating into our teams and our organizations. Psychological safety, a concept developed by Dr. Amy Edmonson at Harvard Business School, is a powerful way to lead our teams as our organizations rise from the challenges of the last 2 years.

Join us for an open conversation on psychological safety and strategies we can employ to help build fearless teams.
