Please adjust your time zone, this program is held 9:00-12:00AM Mountain Time (US).

Have you experienced tough times and crossroads in your career?  Have the past few years created a higher stress environment? Do you still love your work but face mounting expectations from all sides?

JOIN US for an impactful on-line workshop designed to give you the skills and tools to sustain yourself and the team around you when there are both big and small challenges to overcome.  This session is for any global educator who works with a team, leads a team or is curious how to lead a team for success in high-performance times and overall high-workload environments.

Together, we will explore:

  • Insights from crisis leaders for leading when everyone’s exhausted and the pressure’s on
  • A toolkit that can be applied immediately for instant impact in support of your people and your leadership.
  • A Doing Well deck of conversation cards to improve leadership decisions when it matters most, spark wellbeing conversations, and enhance team dynamics.
  • Strategies for lasting the distance as a leader under cumulative load.

This is a practical education workshop and we will mail you a deck of cards ahead of the workshop as these will be a key ingredient in the discussion and the toolkit to take back to your teams.  Cards can only be mailed to a USA address for this session.  We will attempt to do this in other countries in the future.

We have a minimum of 12 and a MAXIMUM number of 20 slots available so get your registration in early.  Deadline to register is October 6, 2023.

BONUS SESSION: We have included a one hour follow up meeting with the facilitator approximately 45 days after this workshop so you can re-visit the content, report on progress, and ask additional questions. Date and time TBD.

FACILIATOR:

Our facilitator is entrepreneur Jolie Wills, a New Zealander living in Denver Colorado.  Jolie is the co-founder and CEO of the Americas for Hummingly – an organization that upskills leaders, teams and organizations to thrive in the face of challenge.  Jolie is a cognitive scientist and a global thought-leader in resiliency, leadership and team effectiveness under pressure.  She has led teams in the most challenging of environments after disaster. When your team has a critical role in supporting the population of the third largest city in New Zealand following a devastating series of earthquakes, failure isn’t an option. Jolie brings the science and the research but most importantly the practical solutions, because like you, she’s been deep in the leadership trenches with a great deal at stake.

Jolie has been awarded a Winston Churchill Fellowship and an Edmund Hillary Fellowship for her global contribution to preparing teams and organizations to do pressure well. She is co-author of Leading in Disaster Recovery: A Companion through the Chaos and is an advisor to the global Counter Terrorism Preparedness Network.

In her keynotes and workshops, Jolie is known for her ability to combine science and storytelling with immediately applicable insights and practical strategies.
