Personal Leadership & Development Host:


Gina Mahfood, Senior Director, Enrollment Services CEA CAPA

Gina has been working in education for over 20 years, with experience in admissions and enrollment, learning and educational development, and industrial and organizational improvements. Gina also took her passion for education a step further by co-authoring and designing a college textbook, which is used at colleges across the United States.

Gina earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Washington and Jefferson College in 2003 and began her admissions and enrollment career in 2006 back in Pittsburgh, PA. Since then, Gina relocated to Phoenix, AZ, earned a Master of Science degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University. She remains a member of the Psi Chi International Honor Society.

Gina recognizes the value of higher education and encourages all potential learners she meets to pursue their educational goals and dreams!

Co-Host: 

Amy Henry, Executive Director Office of Global Education, Georgia Tech 

Amy Henry leads Georgia Tech’s Office of International Education (OIE), which collaborates with faculty to lead student-centered internationalization. OIE serves the campus through education abroad, international student and scholar services, and on-campus internationalization. Amy is a Georgia Tech Culture Champion, Co-Chair of the Provost’s Diversity Council, and a certified Bold and Inclusive Conversation Facilitator. Amy serves international and higher education through volunteer leadership in professional organizations such as the Executive Committee of the Global Leadership League and the planning committee for the Annual Colloquium on International Engineering Education. Amy is an alumna of the College of William and Mary (B.A. Sociology) and Georgia Tech (M.S. International Affairs).
