As we prepare for the end of summer and the beginning of the fall, take time to pause and reflect. Self-care is not an indulgence; it is part of effective leadership.

Join us in this transformative workshop, where you'll refine and elevate your leadership through the integration of mindfulness practices. Whether you're an established or emerging leader, or just starting your mindful leadership journey, this workshop provides a unique opportunity to enhance both individual and workplace effectiveness and resiliency, including:

  • The essence of mindfulness: Understand how mindfulness fosters focus, self-awareness, compassion, and empathy. Learn practical strategies to incorporate into your leadership routine.

  • Mindful practices - The breath as a foundation: Recognize the pivotal role of breath in mindfulness, bridging personal and professional realms. Explore various breathing techniques and their application in leadership contexts.

  • Workplace mindfulness: Learn practical approaches to implementing mindfulness in the workplace. Address challenges and resistance to mindfulness adoption in a professional environment.

Outcomes for this workshop include:

Increased Self-Awareness:  Gain a deeper understanding of yourself, leading to increased self-awareness. Recognize your strengths, challenges, and potential triggers, enabling you to make more conscious choices in your professional and personal lives.

Improved Resilience: Participants learn practical strategies to build resilience, enabling one to lead or participate in teams more effectively through times of uncertainty and change. Mindfulness develops the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, adapt more readily to change, and bounce back from adversity with greater ease

Foster a Culture of Well-Being: Understand how to cultivate a culture of well-being within your organizations by promoting mindfulness practices among teams. By prioritizing employee well-being and creating a supportive environment for mindfulness practice, you will have a healthier, more engaged and productive team.

Leadership Effectiveness: Ultimately, as a participant, you will emerge from the workshop with refined or new leadership skills and a deeper understanding of how mindfulness can elevate your effectiveness. You will be better equipped to make decisions, inspire and motivate your team and support colleagues to create a positive impact within your organization and community.
