Holding an M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University, Gina is adept at fostering leadership, career development, and emotional intelligence within teams.
Her extensive career includes leadership roles at CEA CAPA Education Abroad, where she served as Senior Director of Enrollment Services, transforming enrollment strategies and enhancing operational efficiencies. At Potential Unleashed Consulting, she excelled as a Senior Design and Sales Consultant, where she delivered impactful training solutions and contributed to curriculum development.
Gina's dedication to education extends beyond her professional roles; she has actively contributed to prominent organizations such as NAFSA and Diversity Abroad, advocating for regulatory best practices, public policy, and diversity in education. Her work on the Education Abroad Regulatory Practice Committee at NAFSA and her involvement with Diversity Abroad underscore her commitment to educational equity and international collaboration.

Amy Henry leads Georgia Tech’s Office of International Education (OIE), which collaborates with faculty to lead student-centered internationalization. OIE serves the campus through education abroad, international student and scholar services, and on-campus internationalization. Amy is a Georgia Tech Culture Champion, Co-Chair of the Provost’s Diversity Council, and a certified Bold and Inclusive Conversation Facilitator. Amy serves international and higher education through volunteer leadership in professional organizations such as the Executive Committee of the Global Leadership League and the planning committee for the Annual Colloquium on International Engineering Education. Amy is an alumna of the College of William and Mary (B.A. Sociology) and Georgia Tech (M.S. International Affairs).
